Process flow
Our work starts with fabrication followed by machining and finally ends with providing the essential equipment. All these stages are further divided into various multi-steps to provide errorless delivery to our esteemed customers.

Fabrication
This includes procurement, testing, marking, cutting & forming, fit-up, welding, test for stress relieving, sandblasting, primer painting, marking and checking. This inclusive process is followed without a fail to ensure quality products.

Machining
This step includes testing, machining and checking. This is one of the most important steps which ensures rigorous methods to ensure each product is 100% compliant to industry standards and made available as per the demand and specifications given.

Equipment
Finally, we assemble all the parts together to give a final shape to the product which again follows a step-wise mechanism to ensure quality delivery. This includes checking, trial run, testing, final painting, packing and dispatch.
